“From the moment I walked into the centre and was greeted by a bevy
of pretty, airline attendants, I knew this conference was going to
be something special and different.
"Welcome aboard Monarch Airlines "was the greeting and
it stayed that way for the next 2 days.
Gorgeous food, impeccable timing, great
theme spaces, beautiful table settings and flower arrangements, an
environmentally friendly focus and even jig saw puzzles in the refreshment
galley set the tone for this community living conference.
All prior arrangements were taken care
of by Judy, and absolutely nothing was left to left to chance. My
drivers were there on time, the hotel was within walking distance
and the use of a full time audio visual specialist allowed me to not
worry about projectors not working, power point crashing, or batteries
running down in the lapel mic.
All in all a "first class experience" !”

Lake View Credit Union - Testimonial
"In 2008 I worked with Footprint Management Solutions on the planning team to deliver the Horn River Basin Economic Development Symposium in Fort Nelson, British Columbia.
Foot Print Management Solutions provided outstanding service and helped the event be a great success. Judy and Jennifer worked closely with the symposium planning team to develop and implement a green meeting policy and managed all of the logistics for the symposium. They took the vision for the symposium and ensured that all aspects of event planning reflected this vision. Judy and Jennifer were also passionate about managing the small details to make the event memorable for the attendees.
I highly recommend anyone wishing to deliver a professional, sustainable
event make your first call to Footprint
Management Solutions."

"Footprint Management Systems was able
to make our event a major success by understanding
the big picture and working closely with
the team to incorporate green principles
into every aspect of the strategy. Their
ability to expertly manage the project
from inception through completion was
invaluable, and I would recommend FMS
to anyone who wants to host a first rate
green event."
